Willard Morris was one of the most decent and kindest men I have ever known, He was a humble man who did a superb job in the County Surrogate's office when he worked with me from 1977 to 1981. Judge Tom Shebell appointed him as assignment clerk thereafter and he did an equally fine job there,
The legal community as well as the civic community here in Freehold owe him a great debt of gratitude for all that he contributed.
God Bless you Willard

I knew Mr. Morris when he was the Deputy Surrogate of Monmouth County. He knew everything about wills and the administration of estates and Judge Merritt Lane relied on him to know the law. He was a real help to me and I extend my condolences to his family. RIP.
Hard to know what to say except he was the most genuine friend anyone could have. The life of the pArty and always there to lend a helping hand. So very sorry for your loss. He and Sam having great time catching up in heaven!!
