My sincere prayers and condolences to the entire and extended Randolph family. Ms. Norma has been a Pillar to the Black Community in Freehold. Her passion for the youth and education and encouragement toward excellence was like no other. She leaves a powerful legacy. If you knew her, you loved her. She was a good friend of my mother (Ruth Scales) and I will always remember how she smiled with her eyes and her unmistakable laugh. Ms. Norma, Rest in Power, Rest in Peace, Rest in Heaven.
