Obituary of Catherine F. Gawron

Catherine F. Gawron, 91 of Freehold, passed away on Friday, January 2, 2015 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Farmingdale, she lived in Howell Township prior to moving to Freehold 80 years ago. Mrs. Gawron was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Freehold. Her husband, John J. Gawron, died in 1985. Surviving are her son, John J. Gawron, Jr., Freehold; a granddaughter, Amanda Cohen and her husband, Tom, Rockville, Maryland; and a sister-in-law, Stella Crowley, Freehold. A memorial service will take place at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until service time. Burial will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery.
