Obituary of Cathy Eileen Yetman Womack

Cathy Eileen Yetman Womack, 74, of Freehold Township died on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She was born in Neptune Township and was a lifelong Freehold resident. She was a criminal division administrator for the State of New Jersey, Freehold before her retirement. Cathy and her husband enjoyed spending time with their many Freehold friends especially trips together on cruises. Cathy was the heart and soul of her family and a generous and giving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She was the daughter of the late Chester and Mary C. “May” Yetman. Surviving are her husband, Robert E. Womack; a daughter, Kelly Machu and husband Joseph E. Machu, Jr.; a son, Kevin Womack and wife Careyanne; a sister, Linda Dreyer and husband Gus, and six grandchildren, Joey, Adam, Jesse, Victoria, Jack, and Catie whom she adored. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. Graveside services will be held at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent on Friday at 11:30 a.m. Memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
