Obituary of John F. McCarthy

John F. McCarthy, Jr., 83, of Freehold passed away on June 16, 2022 at Bartley Manor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Jackson township. He was born in Neptune Township and was a lifelong Freehold resident. He served in the U.S. Army from 1963 to 1965 and was a member of American Legion Post No. 54, Freehold. John was plant manager for M & Q Plastics, Freehold. He was later employed at Cream Ridge Golf Club. He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Irene and Jack Welsh; and several cousins. Private arrangements were under the direction of the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold.
