Obituary of Olivia Ann Poskonka

Olivia Ann Poskonka, 79, of Freehold Township died on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Bartley Manor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Jackson Township. She was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s baseball and football games and cheerleading activities, painting and bead art and gardening. She was an avid New York Giants fan. Mrs. Poskonka was formerly employed in the lighting department at Home Depot of Old Bridge and took great pride in service to her customers. Her husband, Charles Patrick Poskonka, died in 2006. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Sonja Poskonka; two daughters and sons-in-law, Laura and Joseph Estenes and Nicole and Robert Arent; a brother, Robert Tiberi; ten grandchildren, Karisa, Michael, Sara and Nicholas Poskonka, Joey, Robbie, and Tommy Estenes; and Emily, Bobby, and Michael Arent; and her cat, Louie. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold. Memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, TN would be appreciated.
