Obituary of Edward Blacknall

Edward Blacknall, 93 of Freehold, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Wedgewood Gardens Rehabilitation Center, Freehold. He was born in Franklinton, North Carolina. Mr. Blacknall was an attendant at Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital, Marlboro Township. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was predeceased by his parents, Bennie Perry and Zenobia Blacknall; and his sisters, Helen Reece, Betty Mae Banks and Mattie Hudgins. Surviving is his brother, Sidney Blacknall; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown. Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
