Lee was a cherished friend and fellow Rutgers Master Gardener of Monmouth County. In addition to our sincere condolences ,we have sent a $100 to the Open Door Pantry in Freehold as a memorial gift for Lee. Sincerely , The Rutgers Master Gardener Association of Monmouth County

Lee was a amazing person I first met him at the silver saddle in Farmingdale. I was new at guitar and we hit it off immediately. I then remembered bystander played my prom. Jackson. when I got to know Lee I asked him for guitar lessons. He did not hesitate. I remember driving to his apt in Matawan off 79 . He gave me lessons in his apt and I think they just had they're first baby. I saw the band alot ...I also remember we both enjoyed running we would meet after a set and he would ask "did you run today " me and him in the corner . As Stan,bucky and the others doing their thing. To his wife .... and family. I so sorry for your loss Lee touched me like no other musically. I wish I knew sooner but I will visit my friend. Real soon. Take care of yourselves and God always be with your family.

Lee was a great friend who truly became part of our family playing at both Heather and Shannon’s wedding’s as well as Shannon’s bridal shower. Cindy and I would not miss an opportunity to hear him play and he always found time to chat with us. A great musician and a better person. Heavens band just got better. We will miss you. My deepest sympathies to Tara n the girls. Cherish the memories, for they will live forever.

To the daughters and family my deep condolences on the loss of Lee-RIP. I had not seen him for some years but never forgot him. I sure enjoyed many gigs where his musical talent shone. I was in the crowds for Bystander and Mission Dance "back in the day" and remember well not only the awesome music but the infectious, glowing vibe that came from Lee and company. I am saddened by his passing. I had the pleasure of knowing Lee and his wife Tara. Although it has been some time since I’ve seen him , I have the fondest memories and think of him often . Rest In Peace Lee, many lives will never be the same without you in it. You were one of a kind . The Good Kind ♥️ To Tara and the girls my sincere condolences. You were so lucky to have had him in your lives. ♥️
