Obituary of Frank Niemann, III

Charles F. "Frank" Niemann, III, 83, of Eatontown passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at home. He attended Franklin and Marshall University and graduated from the former Newark State College. Mr. Niemann was a teacher in the Essex County Vocation School System, West Caldwell and a sales engineer for Buck Engineering Company, Wall Township. He was a member of the Colts Neck Reformed Church and sang in the sanctuary choir. He was a member of the of the Board of Directors of Tinton Woods and served in many offices including president and was an avid gardener during his 37 years of residency. Mr. Niemann was a member of the Barbershop Chorus of the Atlantic, Red Bank. He was also an Eagle Scout. Surviving are his wife, Grace Niemann; a daughter, Terry Niemann; a son, Charles F. Niemann, IV and wife Janet; a brother, John Niemann and his wife JoAnn; three stepchildren, Deborah Coleman and husband Tony, Robin Keegan-Wolf and husband Peter, and Douglas Keegan; grandchildren, Alexis Czapkowski, Chelsea Czapkowski, Cole Niemann, Anthony Coleman, Andrew Coleman, Kimberly Wolf, Anthony Keegan-Wolf, and Emily Keegan-Wolf; many great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Colts Neck Reformed Church 139 Route 537, Colts Neck on Tuesday at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Atlantic Cemetery, Colts Neck. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Good Samaritan Fund of the Colts Neck Reformed Church, PO Box 57, Colts Neck, NJ 07722 would be appreciated.
