Obituary of Jennie V. Covington

Jennie V. Covington, 77, of Asbury Park died January 13, 2015 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune Township. She was born in Starke, Florida. Surviving are her children, James, Izel, Della, Velma, Sharon, Geneva, and Robin; her brother, Moses; two sisters, Betty and Lill; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. The viewing will be held at the Englishtown Community Refuge Church, 4 Sobecko Road, Manalapan Township on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to noon. Funeral services will be held at the church at noon followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
