Obituary of Deborah Ann Bisonic
Deborah Ann Bisonic, 68 of Cream Ridge passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Wedgwood Gardens, Freehold Township. She was born in New Brunswick.
She was a standardbred horse trainer, a former luncheonette owner, and veterinary assistant.
Debbie was a member of the Standardbred Breeders Association and Operating Engineers Local No. 825.
She was predeceased by her former husband, Leo Schaafsma; her mother, Marcelle Icart-Bisonic; her father, Frank Bisonic; and a nephew, Butch Sarnowski.
Surviving are a daughter, Danielle Bisonic; a granddaughter, Addyson Bisonic; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Rose Granas and Charlie Ruppert, Donna Kleschinsky and Joseph Kleschinsky, Gail Bisonic and Tommy McNulty, and Sharon Heise and John Specht; her niece and nephews, Sharon Granas, Vinnie Granas, Heather Asselin, Tommy Evegan, Nicole Luna, Tommy Heise, Frank Evegan, Justin Sarnowski and Raymond Heise
The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Please observe all COVID protocols and masks are required.
The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.
