Obituary of Dorothy Ippolito

Dorothy Ippolito, 79, formerly of Jersey City, passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. Born and raised in Jersey City, she lived there and in California before returning to New Jersey 20 years ago. She was predeceased by her husband, Louis in 2004. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining, and loved being surrounded by her family and friends. Surviving are her children, Louis Ippolito and his wife Betsy, Philip Ippolito and his wife Melissa, Lisa Carney and her husband Thomas and Tina Belka; her grandchildren, Talia Raine Carney, Jeremy Ippolito, Louis Ippolito, Jr., Jennifer Rocheny and her husband Jason, Nicholas Belka, Michael Belka, Breanna Rivera and Jack Ippolito; and her great grandchildren Payton and Jason Rocheny, Jr. Visitation will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at 11:30 A.M. at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
