Obituary of Eileen M. Forman

Eileen M. Forman, 88, of Manalapan Township passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at the Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing, Freehold Township. Mrs. Forman was born in Long Branch and was a longtime resident of Englishtown and Manalapan. Her husband, Douglas M. Forman, died in 1993. She was also predeceased by a brother, Thomas Costello and a sister, Elizabeth. Surviving are four sons, Richard Forman and wife Debbie, Gary Forman and wife Donna, William Forman, and Larry Forman; three daughters, Carol DuBois, Linda Hanson, and Ellen Rue and husband Ron; three brothers, James Costello, Joseph Costello, and William Costello; three sisters, Patricia Meyers, Marjorie Heuser, and Joyce Montesano; a sister-in-law, Norma Scott; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Elaine and Boyd Griffon; ten grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent.
