Obituary of Jack Ayvadian

Jack Ayvadian, 97, of Freehold Township passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He served in United States Navy Seabees and appeared in the Fighting Seabees with John Wayne. Mr. Ayvadian was a salesperson for Huffman Koos before his retirement. Prior that he was a foreman at the A. & M. Karagheusian Rug Mill, Freehold. He was an avid reader and enjoyed working in his garden. His wife, Jane Irons Ayvadian, died in 2009. Surviving are a son, Jack I. Ayvadian; a daughter, Rena Estelle and husband Robert; his grandchildren, Jenny and husband Paul, and Robert; and five great grandchildren, Alexis, Matthew, Catherine, Amelia, and Zachary. Private arrangements are under the direction of the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold.
