Obituary of Beatrice Federici Gibson

Beatrice Federici Gibson, 99, passed away August 20, 2021, at home surrounded by her family. She was born to Frank and Ester Federici on August 5, 1922 and was a life-long resident of Freehold Borough. Beatrice graduated Freehold Borough High School in 1939 and was one of a handful of women to earn a varsity letter by participating in sports for four straight years. After WWII, she married the love of her life, Frank E. Gibson and together they had seven children during their 65 year marriage. She is pre-deceased by her husband Frank and son Robert. She is survived by her daughters Jeanne Pasquinucci and her husband Dan of Freehold, Ann Rote of Rockville, MD, Frank Gibson and his girlfriend Doris Buble of Freehold, Greg Gibson and his wife Barbara of Avon-by-the-Sea, Dennis Gibson and wife Dorothy of Colts Neck, and Kevin Gibson and his wife Janine of Freehold. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, August 22nd, from 2-5 PM at Higgins Memorial Home in Freehold. A mass of Christian burial is scheduled for Monday, August 23rd at 10:30 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church.
