Obituary of Alice Parnell Boyce

Alice Parnell Boyce, 87, of Monroe Township passed away at The Manor, Freehold Township on Friday, July 2, 2021. She was born in Long Branch. Mrs. Boyce was employed at Verizon before her retirement. She was predeceased by her husband, Ellsworth Andrew Boyce in 1999, her mother, Cornelia Connie Parnell in 1997, sister Jean Parnell McCann in 2013 and two brothers, James in 1992 and Robert Parnell in 1977. Surviving are her children, Ellsworth Boyce Jr., of Basking Ridge, Dennis Boyce of Monroe Township, Donald Boyce and his wife Debra, of Manalapan Township and Brian Boyce and his wife Marjorie, of Toms River; her brother Thomas Parnell of Eatontown and sisters, Linda Parnell of Beaumont, CA and Susan Parnell Elko, NV; and four grandchildren, Kristen, Daniel, Andrew, and Cole. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 9 to 10 a.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 10 a.m. followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent.
