Obituary of Daniel Joel Gaboff

Daniel Joel Gaboff, 36, formerly of Monmouth County, passed away suddenly on June 22, 2021 at Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey. He was a loving father, husband, son, brother, cousin, and friend. Daniel was born on December 20, 1984 in Freehold, NJ. Growing up, Daniel had a love for reptiles, Boy Scouts, sports, and music. He attended Colts Neck High School, where he was a varsity wrestler. Daniel’s favorite musicians were Jonathan Davis and Chris Cornell. He had the biggest heart and the greatest sense of humor. Daniel worked as a professional mover and enjoyed spending all his free time with his children. Daniel is predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Carl and Ann Gaboff of Manalapan Township, NJ; his maternal grandparents, Alfred and Gloria Kucharski of Toms River, NJ; his uncles, Morgan, Roger, and Teddy; and his aunt Kim. Daniel is survived by his wife Sharon Gaboff of Forked River, NJ; his children, Lillian Seher, 18, Daniel Joel Jr., 12, Sophia Raine, 8, and Julius David, 5; his parents, David Gaboff of Manalapan Township, NJ, and Tami D’Amore of Freehold, NJ; two sisters, Briana Gaboff and Sarah D’Amore; a brother, Anthony D’Amore; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. The family will hold a private service to celebrate and honor Daniel’s life.
