Obituary of Jose Guadalupe "Lupe" FrancoMartin
Jose Guadalupe “Lupe” FrancoMartin, age 57, of Millstone Township passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, May 2, 2021.
Lupe was born on September 28, 1963 to Victoriano and Bernarda FrancoMartin in San Miguel El Alto, Jalisco. After attending school in Mexico City, Lupe stuck out for the United States, following his siblings.
Lupe was employed as farm worker, first in New York and later in New Jersey. He was a dedicated worker, admired by his employers. He also had a penchant for woodworking, his hobby. Lupe built items for enjoyment and gifted many to his family over the years.
Lupe was married, August 25, 2001 in Millstone Township, to Heather Fairweather. They went on to have a son, Sebastian FrancoMartin. He was a devoted father and family man who enjoyed spending time cooking with his son and spending time with his siblings, nieces, and nephews.
Lupe was predeceased by his parents, Victoriano and Bernarda, and siblings, Ingnacio, Miguel, and Jesus.
He is survived his son, Sebastian FrancoMartin, spouse, Heather FrancoMartin, siblings, Carmen, Antonio, Pedro, Poncho, Victoriano, Jaime, Petra, and Jorge as well as many nieces and nephews, including Cesar, Christian, Victoriano, Hugo, Ignacio, Mayel, Jessica, Elena, Chelsea, Brian, and many more.
Visitation will be held at Higgins Memorial Home on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 4pm to 7pm with a religious service at 5:00 pm.
