Obituary of Steven Papernik

Steven Papernik, 60, long time resident of Marlboro Township passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 1, 2021, at Hackensack Meridian Health Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune Township. Steve graduated from Marlboro High School. Mechanically inclined he was good with tools and machinery, and was adept at fixing things. Steve held various positions in the Operations and Maintenance department for the State of New Jersey before his retirement in 2016. He is predeceased by his father John, brother Charlie, survived by his mother Beverly, sister Bonnie, niece Anissa and former wife Lauren Fischer. Services will be private. Arrangements will be held under the direction of Higgins Memorial Home of Freehold.
