Dear Barbara, Marvin and family: I am so very deeply sorry to have learned of the passing of Sylvia. I remember how friendly and helpful she was to my mother and our family when we came to the building in 2000. Sylvia and my mother became friends and I can remember visiting her in 6C with my mom. Also, we saw her countless times walking on the boardwalk, usually passing us as she walked so very quickly. She was a good, kind soul and all who knew her will truly miss her deeply. John Guzman
