Obituary of George J. Bartek

George J. Bartek, 82, of Freehold died February 11, 2015 at the Montgomery Care Center, Freehold Township. He was born in Freehold and was a lifelong resident. He was a graduate of Freehold High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Mr. Bartek was a member of the First Baptist Church, Freehold. He was a title search for Alexander Levchuk, Attorney-at-Law, Freehold for over 50 years before his retirement. He is survived by a brother, Paul Bartek. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday from noon to 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. followed by interment at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold. Memorial donations may be made to a church or favorite charity.
