‘Mr Freckles’, knew him for 57 years. My husband, Ron, knew him before he knew me. Fishing buddies in Belmar. Good times on Terrace Avenue. Mr. and Mrs. Echols were loving parents, concerned and thoughtful neighbors, really more like family. God bless them. The Terrace Avenue gang back together. Semper Fi!
