Obituary of Phyllis Stubbs

Phyllis Dvorkoff Stubbs sadly passed away on May 29th, 2020. Born in Brooklyn, NY she lived in Howell as a child, raised her family in Lakewood before settling down in Toms River, NJ. Phyllis retired from the Township of Lakewood as Assistant Treasurer in 2012. Phyllis was loved by all who met her and her door was always open. Her most favorite place to visit was Atlantic City, she loved the slot machines. Phyllis was survived by her son Robert and his wife Robin, daughter Ilyssa Estigarribia and her husband Hugo, her adoring grandchildren Ryan, Amanda and Abigail who she treasured with all of her heart. Services will be private. The family will be sitting Shiva on Tuesday, June 2nd and Wednesday, June 3rd at Ilyssa and Hugo’s home.
