I became a member of the Freehold First Aid Squad Cadet Corps. in 1964,. Phil was my first instructor and taught me first aid. He was a tough but GREAT teacher. He taught our squad for years. I became a first aid instructor and a CPR instructor to be like him.
We have been friends for over 55 years. All of us who knew him are going to miss him. I will miss him terribly.
