Bill was the first and one of the best bosses I had! He treated me like family and was a great guy to work for (Doogles) and hang out with. We had lots of laughs, he will be missed.

Jean (Mrs McGackin) Jennifer, Dana, Brian and Doogles, we were so sad to hear of Bill’s (Mr McGackin)passing. What a beautiful obituary. I have so many great memories of Bill, he was such a huge part of my childhood. Sleepovers with Jennifer often ended up with us at the pizza shop where we ate more than our body weight in food! His meatloaf was the only thing I would never touch! ;) He drove us everywhere in his truck—the movies, Great Adventure, Roller skating—with a beer in his hand and a smile on his face!!! (Jeez, can you imagine if that was now?! But we’re here to tell the stories!!!) Your Christmas morning visits were always anticipated and to this day we talk about that and miss those! A few years back he called me out of the blue just because he was thinking about us. I was so excited to hear his voice and told him for a second I thought he was Bruce Springsteen (that Freehold accent is so strong!) He had a good belly laugh out of that! When you all came last year when my dad died, it meant so much and we were so happy to see all of you. I’m sorry this happened at such a terrible time, we want to be there for you too and will be. Sending you all our love and prayers. Thinking about Bill with a huge smile on my face and lots of love in my heart. Dawn and the Colossi’s
