I had the privilege and pleasure to work with Paul on the Howell Township Planning board. He was a firm but fair Chairman to applicants and had the backs of the residents of Howell first and foremost. He set a great example of good planning in his tenure as Chairman and I learned a lot from his direct style and his ability to negotiate a fair outcome.
