Bobby was one of my favorite customer at Sweet Lew’s Cafe. He and Betty would go see my husband at the Chapter House and then he would come see me for breakfast. He was a wonderful man.

To all my Higgins Family, Know that my thoughts are with you this sad day. Uncle Bobby was a one of a kind person, always there with a joke and a laugh. I'll never forget the twinkle in his eye when he would tell me the story of how his dog Woo got his name.
