Obituary of Vincent John Dugan, III

Vincent John Dugan, III, 60, of Jackson Township passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2019.  He was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was raised in Marlboro Township.

He was a graduate of Manalapan High School.

He was a system network administrator for the Township of Teaneck where he was employed for 17 years before his retirement on May 31st.

John was a supporter of Molly Pitcher Post No 434., Englishtown.  He enjoyed camping, his motorcycle and working on automobiles.

He was predeceased by his parents, Vincent John “Buddy” Dugan, Jr. and Helen Louise Dean Dugan.

Surviving are his wife, Carol Johnson Dugan; a son, Vincent John Dugan, IV; a daughter, Kristina Dugan; four sisters, Eileen Polanowski, Kathy Albert, Judy White, and Patty Dunn; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; and two longtime friends who were like brothers to him, Jimmy “Bubbles” Neilland and Craig “Fuzz” Polanowski.

A memorial gathering will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.  A time of sharing and remembering will be held at 6:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to a local animal shelter in John’s memory would be appreciated.
