Obituary of Emery R. Bedy

Emery R. Bedy, 77, passed away peacefully at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. Born in Perth Amboy and graduated from St. Mary’s High School, Mr. Bedy served in the Navy aboard the USS Wasp (CVS – 18) during the Cuban Missile Crises. He worked for Carborundum and later for General Motors, Linden Plant, retiring in 1996. During retirement he enjoyed his dogs and fishing. Mr. Bedy is survived by his two children. Interment is at Monmouth Memorial Park, Route 33, Tinton Falls.
