Marge Sheedy (nee Buziak), passed away peacefully at her home in Cream Ridge on April 16, 2015. Marge was born in Jersey City where she graduated from Dickinson High School. She worked hard all her life, not only caring for her family but also outside her home, working at Western Electric during World War II, managing her husband’s real estate and insurance business and as a clerk typist in the Monmouth County Superior Court, Special Civil Part. Even after retirement, Marge and Jack volunteered their time becoming EMTs for the Holiday City First Aid Squad. Marge lived in Hudson, Ocean and Monmouth Counties. She valued education and insured that her children were gifted all of the education they sought. She taught us to love each other, work hard, pay our bills in full, be nice to others and always wear your seat belt. We were blessed to have her in our lives for so long. She will always inspire us and we will love and miss her forever.
Marge was the daughter of Ignatius and Anna Buziak. She was predeceased by her husband, John J. “Jack” Sheedy, her loving son, Mike and many sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews. She is survived by her loving son, Jack and daughter-in-law, Judi; her only daughter, Kathy and her favorite son-in-law, Pete; her loving grandchildren, Jessica, Cory, Justin, Brooke, Steven and James and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Delaney, Georgia and Emma Belle.
