Obituary of Stanley A. Davis

Stanley A. Davis, 91 of Freehold Township passed away at home on Thursday, November 15, 2018. He was born in Bournemouth, England and immigrated to the United States in 1952. He became a United States citizen in 1957. He was Deputy Monmouth County Clerk of Mortgages and Deeds where he served from 1954 until his retirement in 1982. He was a member of the B.P.O.E. 1454, Freehold and the Freehold Lions Club. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. His wife, Shirley Letitia Fenton Davis died in 2006. Surviving are his daughter, Sheri Davis; two granddaughters, Emily T. Crincoli and Erin K. Mullen; and five great grandchildren, Payton Mullen, Waylon and Grayson Thompson, and Gabriella and Angelina Crincoli. Visitation will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, freehold on Monday, November 19, 2018 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hightstown.
