Obituary of Steven J. Mellan

Steven J. Mellan, 82 of Roosevelt, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at the Atrium Post Acute Care of Princeton. Born in Trenton, he has lived in Roosevelt for over forty years. Mr. Mellan was a former warehouse manager for H. & H. Gas and Appliances, Windsor. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara Shari Mellan in 1989. Surviving are his daughter, Marissa Beauchamp and her husband Rafael; a stepdaughter, Lisa Winer and her husband Marc; his brothers, Rich Mellan and his wife Beverly, and Frank Mellan and his wife Janet; and a step-grandson, Aaron Jacob Winer. Graveside services will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 385 Mercer Street, Hightstown on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
