Obituary of Bonnie Lee Handwerk

Bonnie Lee Handwerk, 69, of Spotswood died on Monday, June 18, 2018 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was born in Trenton. She was predeceased by her husband, Wayne Handwerk; her parents, George McLaughlin, Jr.., and Gertrude Brown McLaughlin and a brother, James McLaughlin, Sr. Surviving are her children, Scott Purcell, Bryan Purcell and his wife Jennifer, Wayne Handwerk and wife April, and Shawna Handwerk; a brother, George McLaughlin, III; a sister, Joyce Suydam; 15 grandchildren; a great grandson; and her boyfriend, John Purcell. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Spotswood Reformed Church Cemetery, Spotswood.
