Obituary of David Molina

David Molina, 93, of Freehold passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at The Manor, Freehold Township. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and had resided in Hudson Manor in Freehold since 2001. He served in Battery A, 286th Field Artillery Observation Battalion during World War II. He was a member of Monmouth Post No. 54, American Legion, Freehold. He was a textile worker for Glenmore Textiles, Brooklyn, N.Y. and served proudly as a shop steward for his fellow union members. Surviving are three daughters and sons-in-law, Suzanne and Richard Bach, Anitra and Steve Puntolillo, and Jody and Tom Wiener; a sister, Honey De Stefano; eight grandchildren, Amanda, Aaron, Michael, Alexandra, Kelly, Jonathon, Caitlin, and Anna; and many nieces and nephews. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold, on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a memorial service at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Wounded Warriors would be appreciated.
