Obituary of Maria Theresa Dorey

Maria Teresa Dorey, 75, passed away peacefully at her home after a long illness on Saturday June 9, 2018. She was born in Barcelona, Spain, traveled extensively for 25 years while her husband served in the U.S. Navy and has lived in Berkeley Township for eleven years. She worked at Rockwell International as a Computer Aided Designer (CAD) and many years as a payroll supervisor. Maria was predeceased by her grandson, Raymond. Maria is survived by her husband Joseph, daughter, Maria Rosa, her grandsons, Robert and Rodney, nine great grandchildren, and a sister, Aurelia. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 12, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am, Wednesday, June 13 at St. Rose of Lima Church. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
