Obituary of Eleanore Giffler

Eleanore Giffler, 95, of Freehold died Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Bayshore Health Care Center, Holmdel Township. Mrs. Giffler was born New York City. She was a member of the Deborah Hospital Auxiliary and the Inter-Borough Leukemia Association, Brooklyn, N.Y. Her husband, Edward Giffler, died in 1991. She was also predeceased by a son Larry; three sisters; and a brother. Surviving are her son, Dr. David S. Giffler and spouse Nelson Kuperberg; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. followed by interment at Beth Israel Memorial Park, Woodbridge. Memorial donations may be made to a charity or house of worship of your choice.
