Obituary of James Vincent DePaul

James Vincent DePaul, Sr., 60, of Farmingdale died at home on Sunday, April 1, 2018. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was a foreman for Blade Construction, Staten Island, N.Y. and a longtime member of Bricklayers and Allied Crafts Union, Local No. 5. Jimmy was a Nascar enthusiast, a Philadelphia Eagles fan, and enjoyed country music. Surviving are a son, James Vincent DePaul, Jr.; a daughter, Jody DePaul; his parents, John and Catherine DePaul; a brother and sister-in-law, John and Debra DePaul; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Cathy and Steve Dolan, Sue and Ed Ortlieb, and Diane and Dan O’Neill; and his fiancé, Leslie Jeannette Senter. A memorial gathering will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Saturday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in James’ memory to a charity of your choosing would be appreciated.
