Obituary of Julianne L Devine

Julianne L. Devne, 72, of Jackson Township died on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick Township. Mrs. Devine was born in Bronx, N.Y. Mrs. Devine, an educational reading specialist, earned a Master of Arts Degree from East Stroudsburg University and was a parochial school teacher before her retirement. Mrs. Devine was a member of the Voluntas Dei Institute. Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Thomas Devine; a son and daughter-in-law, Gregory and Kathleen Devine; a daughter and son-in-law, Jeanine and Robert Dilling; and five grandchildren, Madelyn and Aubrey Devine and Allison, Rachel, and Brendan Dilling. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Friday at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center, 575 Woodland Ave., Madison, NJ 07940 would be appreciated.
