Obituary of William E. Musgrave

William E. Musgrave, III, 62, of Neptune City died on February 12, 2018 at home. He was predeceased by a son, Scott. In 1994. Surviving a son, Raymond and his wife Monica; a daughter, Ashley; a sister, Penny; and four grandchildren. A memorial gathering will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold on Saturday from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
