Obituary of Doris H. Vendetti

Doris H. Vendetti, 76, of Freehold Township passed on Friday, December 15, 2017 at her daughter’s home in Jackson Township. She was born in Jersey City. Doris was a communicant of the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, Freehold Township. Her husband of 45 years, Peter Michael Vendetti, passed in 2013. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Peter, Jr. and Kristen Vendetti and their children, Peter III, Gina, and Alexis; two daughters and sons-in-law, Laure and Andre Sulimenko and their daughter Aliyah, and Sheri and Donnie Owenburg and their children, Myles and Lilyana; and a brother, George Tjarks. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold on Thursday at 10:00 a.m.
