We met Steve about 13 years ago. We had a big yard and he was looking for a place to garden, so it was a perfect fit. Although we didn't see much of him in the winter, come the first nice weather you could count on Steve to be out in the garden getting ready to plant. He was always so generous with the fruits of his labor. In addition, he always kindly offered to help out with yard or driveway repairs. He never minded the hard work or the heat--I'll always picture him working in the garden wearing his straw hat! Steve was genuinely nice man, a good person, and I'm glad he came into our lives.
