Obituary of Willilam Albert Conover

William Albert Conover, 83, of Lakewood died on Friday, November 24, 2017 at home. He was born in Manalapan Township and had resided in Lakewood for over 40 years. He was employed by Pine Belt Chevrolet, Lakewood before his retirement. He was predeceased by two daughters, Susan Lenore Conover and June Joyce Conover. Surviving are two sons, William Conover and wife Mattie Mears Conover and John Conover; three daughters, Ann Lewis, Barbara Conover and Tracy Conover Williams and husband, Glenn Newell Williams; his siblings, Julia Marie Jones, Margaret Conover, John Conover, and Elizabeth “Betty” Conover; 14 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren. The viewing will be held at the By Faith Ministries Church of God, 322 East 5th Street, Lakewood on Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held at the church at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hightstown. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
