Obituary of Beatrice Virginia Esposito

Beatrice Virginia Esposito, 94, of Freehold Township died Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Bartley Healthcare Center, Jackson Township. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. Miss Esposito was a trailblazer for her time dedicating herself to building a successful career. Her last position before her retirement was as a controller for 15 years for the Dickard Widder Printing Company, Maspeth, N.Y. ; quite an accomplishment for a woman of her time. She was a communicant of the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, Freehold Township. Surviving are many nieces and nephews as well as many great nieces and nephews. She was very close to her great nephew Nicholas Centanni and great niece Katrina Centanni and took on the role of a surrogate grandmother. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold. Memorial donations to Deborah Heart and Lung Center or Centrastate Medical Center would be appreciated.
