Obituary of Marcia Weinstein Strauber

Marcia Weinstein Strauber, 77 of Roosevelt, passed away on August 31, 2017 at Princeton Medical Center at Plainsboro. Born in Huntington, West Virginia on February 20, 1940 to Stanley and Esther Teres Weinstein, and raised in Middletown, Ohio. Predeceased by her husband Josef Strauber, a Holocaust survivor, they partnered in doing good. Together they co-owned Engineering Drilling Company, Robbinsville, for over 20 years. Marcia sang with the voice of an angel and danced with elegance and grace. Her blue eyes sparkled as she shared her warmth and smile. She poured her love into her cooking and gave of that love freely. Her home was always open to all. Marcia is survived by her daughters, Heather and Francine; grandchildren Joshua, Benjamin, Lily and Gideon; her brother Harvey; and family and friends that loved and adored her. Funeral services will be held at Noon on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at the Perrineville Jewish Chapel. Interment will follow at the Perrineville Jewish Cemetery. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
