Rest In Peace Forever Friend - . I remember as a child going to Freehold with my Grandfather J. Russell Woolley and meeting Ted - a true Republican colleague who always had his wife Marge with him to serve this county with dignity and class. He will be in my heart always as a Monmouth County hero! Janet Woolley Tucci, Mayor Borough of West Long Branch,NJ My Dad J Russell Woolley Jr chose not to enter politics- but was so very proud that I did!!!
