Obituary of Actaviano Martinez-Sanchez

Actaviano “Chico” Martinez-Sanchez, 52 of Freehold Township passed away on Monday, July 17, 2017 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune Township. Born in San Pedro, Pochutla, Oaxaca, Mexico, he moved to the Freehold area 30 years ago. He was a landscaper for Chico’s Landscaping, L.L.C., Freehold. He was predeceased by his father, Pedro Martinez. Surviving are his daughter, Leticia Marie Martinez, Jensen Beach, Florida; his mother, Reyna Sanchez, San Pedro, Pochutla, Oaxaca, Mexico; and two brothers and three sisters in Mexico. Visitation will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Wednesday July 19, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. A prayer service will be held during the visitation. Interment to be held in Mexico. Donations in his memory to his family would be appreciated.
