Ahhh, yes, the Surf City summers....fond memories of Bunnie mixing us up some Drink-A-Toast after a hot day on the beach. And throwing stones at Kathy's screen window at sunrise to wake her up to go fishing for blowfish at 19th street bay, hoping to not wake her mom. And THE GREATEST memory was my "second breakfast"....I'd eat breakfast at home, cross the backyard to their house, and Bunnie would feed me Trolley Buns from Shorty's Surf City Bakery for my "second breakfast." :) Great times, great memories, was always welcome in their home. A great mom and a great friend to my parents. Sorry for your loss, Kathy and family...
