Aunt Betty, I write this as I reflect on the good and bad times we have had and shared in our lives. You brought a special joy and laughter to everyone you met. You were so full of life and love to share with family, friends and even strangers. You always found the good in everyone, even me, when few did! We took your love and caring for granted, never wanting to believe it would be taken away. You were a wise woman, full of life, full of love, making everyone a better person with your presence. I still remember so clearly at Lisa's viewing when you took me aside and said the pain of death will lessen with time, but the love in your heart will continue to grow in its place. You were so right and now I make a place in my heart where you will be and grow and push away the pain. You were such an invaluable asset to the Borden family. I am sure you never realized the large shoes you leave. Thank you for marrying my uncle and giving me my cousins, gifts no one else could give. I love you and am truly glad your suffering is over. Now get on with it - - give Jill and Lisa my love, big hugs and a gazillion kisses. Until we see each other again. I love you tons! I will always be your Connie Lynn.

Shaun and I are so sorry to hear of Betty's passing... we both have fond memories of her and Shaun always said she was his favorite Aunt. We know her as a wonderful Mother/Wife/Aunt, but it was always her way of letting you know that she was always there for you if you needed her for anything even if it was just to talk. Rest in Peace Aunt Betty.

My most heartfelt sympathy to my old friend Bud and the Borden family on Betty's passing. Bud we shared many happy hours and though many miles away, I'm with you and share the sadness. May this sad time quickly turn to forever happy memories. Dave Segal former Mayor, Freehold Twp.
