Obituary of Mark W. Mucha

Mark W. Mucha, 64, of Morganville died January 19, 2017 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Rahway. He was born in Brooklyn. He attended New Utrecht High School, Lehman College, and Brooklyn College. He was a teacher in the New York City Public Schools for 34 years before his retirement. He was an avid New York Mets, New York Jets, and New York Knicks fan. Surviving are a son, Scott Mucha; his mother, Adele; a brother-in-law, Paul Curtis Ammons; a sister-in-law, Linda Ammons; and niece and nephew, Keith and Kristie. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Entombment will be held at Marlboro Memorial Gardens, Route 79, Marlboro on Wednesday at noon. Memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
