Obituary of Donald Meiseman

Donald Meiseman, 88, of Freehold Township died Thursday, October 20, 2016 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri and had resided there before moving to Freehold Township 49 years ago. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Meiseman was a new product engineer for ADT, New York City before his retirement in 1988. He was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church Wisdom Club and the Freehold Township Senior Center. He was predecease by his wife, Imogene Meiseman, in 2003. Surviving are two daughters, Renee Meiseman and Lisa Hammond; a sister, Alice Burns; two grandsons, Joshua and Jason; and three great grandchildren. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at noon followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent.
